The procedure to make pulao is almost same but instead of rice cooked vermicelli will be added. It tastes good when served with raita. Ingredients of Veggie Vermicelli Pulao

  1. You need 1 cup of Vermicelli.
  2. Prepare as needed of Oil for cooking.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Curry leaves.
  4. It’s 2 tsp of Chopped Green chillies.
  5. You need 2 tsp of Green freshy Coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 1 of Chopped Onion.
  7. Prepare 1 of Chopped Tomatoes.
  8. Prepare 1 of Chopped Carrot.
  9. It’s 1 of Chopped Capcicum.
  10. Prepare handful of Green freshy Peas.
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Garam Masala.
  12. It’s 2 spoon of Lemon juice.
  13. You need 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
  14. You need To taste of Salt.
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  16. It’s to taste of Red chilli powder.

Here I used Now add the veggies and green peas,mix it well. Add the turmeric powder salt and stir it well. A quick and flavorful biryani or pulao prepared with Vermicelli or Semiya. This is an easy one pot meal that can be prepared during weekdays and also a perfect lunch box recipe.

  1. Take Vermicelli Packet and Boiled it into a Container..
  2. Now take a Kadhai or Pan add oil then add Mustard Seeds green chillies, Curry leaves and all the Veggies and cook it for 5 to 7 min. after that add all the ingredients Red chilli powder, Garam Masala, Vermicelli,Salt and last but not the least add lemon juice mix well..
  3. After 5 min your Veggie Vermicelli Pulao is Ready. Serve it hot and garnish with green freshy Coriander..
