Making haleem is not easy, it takes a lot of time and effort. So I made it in easy and quick way,In traditional haleem method we have to soak all lentils and wheat. Ingredients of Beef Haleem

  1. It’s 1 kg of Beef Boneless.
  2. You need 250 g of mash pulse.
  3. You need 250 g of gram pulse.
  4. Prepare 250 gm of Moong Pulse.
  5. Prepare 250 gm of Red Lentil Pulse.
  6. It’s 250 gm of Wheat Grain.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Turmeric.
  8. You need of Salt (As needed).
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp of Red Chili Powder.
  10. Prepare 4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  11. It’s 2 tbsp of Cumin Powder.
  12. It’s 2 tbsp of garam masala.
  13. Prepare 3 tbsp of haleem masala.
  14. It’s 6 tbsp of Cooking oil.
  15. You need of Water (as needed).

Beef Haleem step by step

  1. In a pot, add, gram pulse, mash pulse, Moong pulse, red lentil pulse, wheat grain..
  2. Now keep in water for an hour..
  3. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 3tbsp, beef, and cook it for 4-5 minutes then add salt..
  4. In another cooking pot, add water, soaked pulse, fried beef, salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder and steam it for 3-4 hours on a low flame..
  5. After well cook, mash it..
  6. For Seasoning: In a pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin and fry it..
  7. Garnish with coriander Leaves,mint leaves and ginger..
  8. Haleem is ready to serve. Serve hot 😋😋.
