  1. Soak all the pulses & grains for 3-4 hours…
  2. In a pan add oil.. Now fry onions in it..until golden brown, Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for a while…
  3. Add in beef..and fry until colour change..
  4. Add salt,red chilli powder 2 tbsp Haldee 1/2 tbsp,garam masala 1/2 tbsp Add 4-5 cups of water and cook until beef is tender..now take out bones and fat…
  5. Shred the beef and take aside.
  6. In a big pot,add all the pulses and grains.. Add a large amount of water.. Add salt,red chilli powder 2 tbsp, haldee 1 tsp,kashmiri mirch 1 tbsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  7. And cook until all the pulses and grains are done.. Take out bay leaves…
  8. Add beef and it's gravy..and cook for 15-20 m.
  9. Ghotofy it well or u can alse blend it with hand blender.. Once done.
  10. ,serve with fried onions, lemon, chillies, ginger and chaat masala…
