Chinese Noodles Mat Samosa step by step

  1. First take all-purpose flour add Ajvwain, salt, hot oil mix well.
  2. Add water little by little to make hard dough, cover rest for 15 minutes..
  3. Boil water with 1/2 tsp oil pinch of salt, add crushed noodles. Cook it neatly..
