  1. Take all-purpose flour in a big bowl..
  2. Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and onion seeds..
  3. Mix well and knead a soft dough with help of water..
  4. Leave it for 30 minutes..
  5. Boil potatoes and peel it…
  6. Heat oil in a pan..
  7. Splutter cumin seeds..
  8. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute..
  9. Add turmeric and chilli powder..
  10. Add garam masala and salt..
  11. Add peas and peanuts..
  12. Add cashews, raisins and some water and cook till peas are done..
  13. Mash boiled potatoes..
  14. Add mashed potatoes in cooked peas and samosa stuffing is ready..
  15. Make big size balls from dough..
  16. Roll each balls like roti in 1/4" thickness..
  17. Cut from middle..
  18. Cut strips in middle..
  19. Fold in triangle shape and fill stuffing..
  20. Seal the edges..
  21. Fry samosa in hot oil till golden brown..
