  1. It’s 2 cups of All purpose flour/Maida.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ghee or veg oil.
  3. Prepare 1/2 packet of Plain Noodles.
  4. Prepare 1 of Chopped Onions.
  5. You need 2 tsp of Crushed Garlic.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped vegetables -.
  7. Prepare as required of Oil for frying.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Tomato sauce.

Noodles Samosa instructions

  1. Boil noodles and drain..
  2. Wash twice with cold water and rub oil with hand to avoid sticking..
  3. Heat oil in pan..
  4. Put crushed garlic and saute..
  5. Add chopped onions and chopped vegetables like carrot, Capsicum and cabbage..
  6. Add boiled noodles and fry on high flame for 3 minutes..
  7. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce..
  8. Knead a soft dough from maida, oil and water..
  9. Make lemon size balls from dough..
  10. Roll out balls like chapati and cut from middle..
  11. Put fried noodles on rolled semi-circle chapaties..
  12. Fold it in triangle shape..
  13. Close samosa from side and triangle shape samosa are ready to fry..
  14. Fry all samosa till crisp and golden in colour..
