Ingredients of Veggies Bread Samosa in Airfryer
- Prepare 7-8 of bread slices(whole wheat or multigrain bread).
- Prepare 1 of medium onion.
- It’s 4-5 of mushrooms.
- Prepare 100 gm of sweet corn.
- It’s 1 of capsicum.
- Prepare Few of coriander leaves chopped.
- You need as required of pizza sauce or ketchup.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- It’s 1-2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oregano(optional).
- It’s 1 tsp of chilli flakes(optional).
- It’s as required of oil for saute and brushing.
Veggies Bread Samosa in Airfryer instructions
- Chop onion, capsicum and mushrooms. Take a pan and add 2-3 tsp oil. You can use olive, peanut oil, or rice bran oil. Add chopped onion and saute it for around 30 secs. Now add chopped capsicum, chopped mushrooms and few sweetcorns..
- Saute veggies for 1-2 mins add 1-2 tsp black pepper. add few coriander leaves. Salt will be added in the last so that water does not gets released from the veggies..
- Once veggies are done, take it into a bowl. add 2-3 tsp of ketchup or pizza sauce. you can also prepare pizza sauce with ketchup. Take few chopped garlic, and saute it in oil. add ketchup, some salt, some black pepper, some oregano and chilli flakes. mix them all and pizza sauce is ready..
- Now once veggies and sauce/ketchup is mixed, add salt to taste, some oregano(optional) and chilli flakes(optional). mix them well..
- Now take a bread slice and cut all it's sides. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice. apply some water by dipping fingers in water and tapping on the bread slice. do not apply much water. now add the veggies filling in the center of the bread. Take filling around 1-2 tsp. now diagonally close the ends of the bread and seal all the sides with fingers. please see the below image. If there is some moisture in the veggies due to salt, then add the sides of the bread in veggies..
- The bread sides will soak the mositure and will prevent the samosa to get burst. As I am cooking it in air fryer so i havent added bread sides in veggies. Now if you want you can also add some grated cheese in the veggies..
- Repeat the step 5 for other bread slices. apply some oil with brush on the samosas. Cook it in air fryer for 8-9 minutes on 200°©. You can also cook them in oven..
