  1. Wash raw mangoes. Then remove the stalk from end.

  6. Take out all the soft pulp into the blending jar..
  7. Then add 4-5 of sugar (the sugar will depend on the soreness of the mangoes).
  8. Add 1 tsp of black salt.
  9. Add 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  10. 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  11. Now, add little bit of water, then blend and make a smooth mixture.
  12. At this stage u can refrigerate this concentrate in a air tight container for 15 days.
  13. To serve this sharbat, add ice cubes in both glasses..
  14. Then pour the concentrate according to the consistency of the sharbat.
  15. Then add chilled water and served immediately..
