  1. You need 1/2 cup of kabuli chana (white chick peas), soaked overnight.
  2. It’s to taste of salt.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
  4. You need 3-4 of cloves, garlic, chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 of onion, chopped.
  6. Prepare 1-2 of green chilies, chopped (opt).
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp. of dry roasted coriander-cumin powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp. of pepper powder (opt).
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp. of red chilli powder (opt).
  10. It’s 1 pinch of baking soda.
  11. It’s 2 tbsp. of maida (plain flour).

  5. Serve hot as a snack with hummus or with pita bread and salad..
