  1. You need of (Grated) Carrot.
  2. It’s of Sugar.
  3. It’s of Milk.
  4. You need of Chopped Cashew nuts.
  5. You need of Cardamom Powder.
  6. It’s of Fresh Cream.

  8. It’s of Pistachios.

Carrot Halwa (Gajar Ka Halwa) instructions

  1. Grate 300 grams of carrots,transfer them into a bowl..
  2. Heat the pan, add grated carrots in it & stir it for 4-5 mints on low heat..
  3. Add sugar, milk & cream in it..
  4. Stir it continuously on high heat until it get reduced..
  5. Make sure carrots are uniformly cooked and dosen't get burnt from the bottom..
  6. Add Cardamom & cashew nuts and mix well..
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes or till the milk is evaporated completely..
  8. Once the milk evaporates, the carrots will be almost cooked..
  9. Turn off the flame & now it's ready to serve..
  10. Transfer it in a bowl & Garnish it with Pistachios..
  11. Serve Hot..

  13. Note : You can add orange colour in the halwa, after you turn off the flame..
  14. Note : Even you can add grated khoya in the Halwa after you turn off the flame.Mix it well & Serve Hot..
