You need of Kabuli chana (chole).
It’s of big bunch Palak (Spinach).
You need of garlic.
You need of ginger.
You need of onions.
It’s of tomatoes.
It’s of jeera.

Prepare of haldi powder.
You need of coriander powder.
It’s of garam masala.
Prepare of Salt.

Palak Chole instructions
Soak chole overnight. Wash in the morning and presssure cook it by adding water.Strain the water and keep aside..
Blanch the palak in boiling water for 7-8 mins. Remove it and keep in cold water to retain its colour. Strain the water and grind the leaves and keep aside..
In a grinder take chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger and make a smooth paste..
In a kadai take oil and add jeera and bay leaf. As it crackles add onion tomato puree..
Add red chilli powder, half powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well. Let it cook till oil separates..
Then add boiled chole to the masala.Add little water of boiled chole.Give it a boil..
Then add palak puree.Mix it well..
Add salt to taste and add little water and let it cook till gravy thickens. While serving add 1 tbsp of ghee.Serve with roti or naan..
