Ingredients of Pindi Chole

  1. You need of Chole (chickpea).
  2. You need of big onions.
  3. It’s of garlic paste.
  4. You need of " ginger jullians.
  5. You need of red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare of coriander powder.
  7. You need of " cinnamon.
  8. You need of cardamom.
  9. Prepare of cloves.
  10. It’s of aamchur powder (dry mango powder).
  11. You need of Salt and sugar for taste.
  12. Prepare of oil.

Pindi Chole step by step

  1. Soak chickpea overnight and pressure cook for atleast 20 minutes on slow flame..
  2. In a kadhai add 1 tsp oil and fry onions till it turns transparent. Let it cool down and grind it..
  3. Grind cinnamon, cloves, cardamom together to fine powder..
  4. Now in a pan /kadhai take oil, and add garlic paste. Stir for 1 minute..
  5. Bow add onion paste and little salt and stir fry till oil oozes out..
  6. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and cinnamon powder (we grinded earlier)..
  7. Now add cooked chickpea, water,salt,sugar and cook for 15-20 minutes on slow flame..
  8. Finally add ginger jullians. Don't cook ginger jullians. Your Pindi chole are ready. Serve with Naan,, roti, poori, bhature..
