Take abig utensil add 6cup of water add bay leaf,,2.green cardmom,2cloves,black peppercorn,1inch cinnemon stick,fennel seed boil it, now add rice and salt stir it after 4-5 min or 3/4 done rice strain the rice. Wit help of seive. And wash with cold water to stop cooking in rice.now tke out 1cup of rice and mix colour..
In abowl put yogurtmix mint and coriander leaves..
Niw take a thick bottom pan put ghee add whole spices now add rice layered with chhola,yogurt mix,fried onion repeat same 1-2more times.now add saffron,kewara,and rose water. Cover with lid and cook on low medium flame for 10min..
