  1. Prepare of Chana.
  2. It’s of onions.
  3. You need of tomatoes.
  4. It’s of Potatoes.
  5. You need of Red masala.
  6. It’s of Dhanya jeeru.
  7. You need of Haldar.
  8. Prepare of Garam masala.
  9. It’s of Salt.
  10. You need of Green Dhaniya and Green Lasun.

Chhole Chana Masala step by step

  1. Put chana in water-filled bowl for 6 hrs.
  2. Take oil in a cooker and add Taj, Laving, Badiya, Rai, Jeeru..
  3. Make onion and tomato paste in mixer separately.
  4. After some time add onion paste in cooker..
  5. Add masalas in cooker except Garam masala,Green Dhanya and Green lasun.
  6. Add tomato paste in cooker.
  7. Add Chana and Potatoes in cooker and add water till all things are covered completely by water.
  8. Close the cooker and put it on Medium gas till 4 whistles.
