You need of chole (chickpeas)soaked.
Prepare of bay leaf.
You need of cinnamon stick.
You need of cumin seeds.

You need of onion finely chopped.

It’s of turmeric powder.
You need of coriander powder.
It’s of amchur(dry mango powder).

Chole bhature instructions
Firstly boil chole. Then in a khadi heat oil, saute bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds. Add onion saute till it turns golden brown.also add tomatoes and saute till they start release oil..
Further add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gram masala, salt saute for a min. Add boil chole add some water.make a boil further add amchur powder..
Sieve the maida, salt and baking powder. Add curd and mix well add water knead to a smooth and soft dough. And rest for 2 hr.
