  2. It’s of chhole (soaked for 5-6 hrs and boiled).
  3. Prepare of large onions.
  4. You need of large tomato.
  5. You need of ginger garlic paste.
  6. Prepare of oil.
  7. It’s of turmeric powder.
  8. You need of coriander powder.
  9. It’s of tamarind powder.
  10. Prepare of cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  12. Prepare of garam masala powder.
  13. It’s of bhatura-.
  14. You need of all purpose flour (maida).
  15. It’s of whole wheat flour.
  16. Prepare of curd.
  17. Prepare of oil.
  18. Prepare of Salt.
  19. You need of Water as required (lukewarm).
  20. Prepare of Oil for frying.

  22. Prepare of Onion rings.

Chhole bhature step by step

  1. In a bowl mix maida(all-purpose flour) and whole wheat flour, add curd, oil and salt and combine well. Pour lukewarm water in batches and knead a stiff dough. Rest it for 5-6 hrs..
  2. In a pan heat 1 tbs oil put cumin seeds in it, add ginger garlic paste and saute after 1 min add onion puree saute well. When onion turns pink add tomato puree, saute again..
  3. In a bowl add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and tamarind powder and mix it with half cup of water..
  4. When onion tomato paste starts leaving pan add masala mix and saute till oil appears..
  5. Add boiled chhole and water add take a boil now simmer it for a while. Aur chhole is ready..
  6. In another pan heat oil for frying bhatura. Make lemon size balls of dough and make a bhatura fry it till golden brown..
  7. Chhole bhature is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with onion rings, and pickle..
