Prepare of maida/All purpose flour.
Prepare of Water.
You need of curd.
It’s of For making chole.
Prepare of Boiled chole(chickpeas).
Prepare of Fried onion.
Prepare of Tomato.
Prepare of Ginger garlic paste.
Prepare of Green chilli.
You need of Coriander leaves.
You need of Imli (tamarind)chutney.

Chole bhature instructions
Make the dough of maida suji and curd keep it for 2 hours.
Make the paste of fried onion tomato green chilli and coriander.
Put some oil in cooker then put salt chilli powder garam masala coriander powder in the oil then add the paste to it add garlic and ginger paste let it coom for 5-10 min then add boiled chole to it.Then put it upto the 2 vessel blow then open the cooker and add imli chutney to it..
After 2 hrs roll the bhature on small size and fry it.
