I do not follow any particular recipe to make this chaat. Chana chaat can be compared to a chickpea salad. however, the taste of any chaat snack is nowhere to a salad. Ingredients of Chickpea chaat

  1. Prepare of boiled Chickpeas.
  2. It’s of chilli flakes.
  3. Prepare of Oil.
  4. It’s of Chaat masala.
  5. You need of cumin powder.
  6. It’s of Coriander powder.
  7. It’s of Chicken stock.
  8. You need of Salt.
  9. It’s of chopped onion.
  10. It’s of chopped tomato.

  14. Prepare of Aloo bhujiya or aloo sev.
  15. It’s of Potato small cubes deep fried untill golden and crispy.
  16. You need of Coriander leaves.

Boiled chickpeas are tossed along with crunchy bits of tomato, cucumber and onions which gives perfect texture and flavor to the chaat. Chickpea chaat instructions

  1. In kadhai heat oil, add onions and saute it for few seconds then add chickpeas and mix it. Next add chicken stock, tomatoes, all the dry masalas, salt, coriander leaves and mix it well..
  2. Add more 1/3 cup of water and cook on a medium flame untill masala gets thick..
  3. Now turn off the flame and transfer the chana into bowl..
  4. Add chopped onion, tomato on top, then on that add fried potato cubes, aloo bhujiya, some coriander leaves and your chickpea chaat is ready..
