Ingredients of Chole Chaat
It’s of Chickpeas soaked overnight.
Prepare of Onions finely chopped.
You need of Tomatoes finely chopped.
It’s of Salt.
Prepare of Dry Mango powder or Amchur.
You need of Chat masala.
It’s of Green Chillies finely chopped.
You need of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
It’s of Mint Leaves chopped.
You need of Red chilli powder.
Prepare of Chole Masala.
It’s of Cumin powder.
Prepare of Coriander powder.
You need of Ginger grated.
Prepare of Oil.
It’s of small Onion chopped.
Chole Chaat instructions
First of all, soak Chickpeas in enough water overnight. Pressure cook with the last seven ingredients added along with some Coriander and Mint Leaves. Use water as required. Let the pressure settle down before proceeding with the rest of the process..
Take it out into a large serving bowl and throw in the rest of the ingredients mentioned above. Give them all a quick slight stir and serve hot immediately. This is my way of making it. I had served it for Iftaar too many a times apart from serving at tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai. Enjoy!.
