Baked Chickpeas with Twist step by step
- Soaked chickpeas overnight and boil with salt & turmeric powder..
- For white sauce— take grinder jar add freshly ground coconut and 1 boiled potato add salt, white pepper, add some milk and churn it White sauce is ready..
- Red puri – Blanch tomatoes make puri add black pepper & salt. Red puri is ready. Chopped 1 boiled potato in cubes.
- Take a kadhai pour 1 Tbs oil saute onions add chopped garlic,black pepper, red chilli powder, and freshly coarse cinnamon cloves powder saute it & add tomato puri..
