Prepare of chickpeas (soaked over night).
Prepare of cinnamon.

Masala chole step by step
Chickpeas add to a pressure cooker along with 1 glass water & 5-6 whistle on a medium heat..
Add oil to a pan,add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, chopped onion, green chilli, peanuts roast it until golden brown..
All ingredients blend it.add oil to a pressure cooker and add blend ingredients,add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt.cook until the mixture turns mushy and soft..
Add garam masala, coriander powder,hing and red chilli powder.fry them 1 to 2 minutes until oil separates..
Add chole with stock and 1 cup water as needed mix it nicely.cover and cook low flame for 18 -20 minutes until the chole absorb the flavour of masala.ready to masala chole.
