- It’s of kale chane( chickpeas).
- Prepare of grated /dessicated coconut.
- Prepare of big tomatoes grated.
- It’s of green chillies slit.
- It’s of chopped garlic.
- It’s of grated gonger.

- Soak kale chane for overnight.. Next day in a cooker add soaked chane.. Than add water hing salt and turmeric and give 4 whistle…
- As whistle cools down don't strain the water of boiled chane keep as it is….
- Now in a pan roast dessicated coconut till it turns brown…now add chopped garlic and green chillies mix well.
- Than add few curry leave.. Now add grated tomatoes red chilli powder coriander powder and mix it and let it get cook properly….
- As coconut masala got cooked than add that in pressure cooker in which we have boiled kale chane.. Mix it add salt accordingly.. Add water if required.
- Now cover the lid of pressure cooker and give 2to3 whistle.. Later as whistle cools down open lid just mix kale chane now it ready….
- Serve kale chane with coconut gravy..with rice or roti and enjoy 😊.
