Ingredients of Chole Bhature

  1. It’s of cheakpea (kabuli chana)soaked over night.
  2. It’s of onions.
  3. Prepare of tomatoes.

  7. Prepare of garam masala.
  8. Prepare of pav bhaji masala.
  9. You need of chat masala.
  10. It’s of dried fenugreek leaves.
  11. Prepare of bay leaf.
  12. Prepare of Salt.
  13. Prepare of red chili powder.
  14. It’s of turmeric powder.
  15. It’s of oil.

  17. Prepare of all purpose flour (maida).
  18. You need of semolina (barik rava).

Chole Bhature instructions

  1. Put pressure cooker on high flame and add soaked cheakpea along with salt and tea bag and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.make a fine paste of onions tomatoes green chilli and ginger now heat oil in wok add bay leaf and onion tomatoes mixture.
  2. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes now add all powdered masala cook until oil separates from gravy.
  3. Now add boiled cheakpea and saute for 2 minutes and add water to adjust consistency and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame and serve hot with Bhatura.
  4. Mix all the ingredients which are mention for Bhature and knead the firm dough leave it for 1 or 2 hrs roll out into oval shaped sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves while rolling.
  5. Heat oil in wok for frying Bhature  Deep fry till the bhaturas puff up and both sides are slightly golden brown in color..
