- Method for Tikka pani Take mint leaves,green chilli,ginger and garlic in a blender Add little water to it. And make a fine paste of it. Now a vessel out this paste in it. Add 2 glass of water and above mention ingredients in it. Mix it well. And for garnishing add bundi in it. Our tikka pani is ready..
- Take a vessel and add kajur, tamarind and jaggery to it. On the gas and let it boil for 30 minutes. Off the gas and cool it down for 10 min. Blend it with mixy. And then sieve it. Add tel to it and mix it well. Garnish with coriander. Our meetha chutney is ready..
- 🔹Method for Stuffing Boiled potatoes for 5 whistle. Cool it down and peel it. Make small pieces of it. Add mint chutney salt,salt and chat masala and mix it well. Add boiled horse gram to it and again mix it. Our potato stuffing is ready now..
