  4. Now strain the paste using a strainer into a new bowl by adding water.then add room temperature water as per your requirement and mix it well..
  5. Pressure cook potatoes for 4 whistles and then peel the skin and mash it well.now add coriander leaves, chilli powder, chat masala, onion and then mix it well.
  6. Make a hole in a center of the puri and stuff the stuffing pour the pudina water in it and enjoy it.
