Golgappe/Fuchka. I am sure almost everyone is missing this!! And a lot of people are making this as well!! In Bengal, puchka (fuchka) is also different from other regions because they follow a slightly different puchka recipe.

  14. Prepare of boiled chana.
  15. Prepare of medium sized finely chopped onion.
  16. You need of Refined Oil for frying.
  17. You need of Water.

Golgappe/Fuchka instructions

  1. To make puris, Mix 1 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup rava. Knead it well adding little water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 2 hours. Divide the dough into small round shape balls and roll it like small puris. Fry it by heating oil in a kadhai..
  2. To make aloo chokha, take 8-10 boiled potatoes, mash it, add boiled chana, and chopped onions. – mix salt, lemon juice, chat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder according to your taste..
  3. To make chatpata Pani, take a raw Mango, peel it and cut into cubes removing the hard part. Pour little water and Mango cubes in pressure cooker and cook for one whistle. Once done blend it smooth to make aam panna using strainer. mix fresh coriander and pudina leaves, green chillies, grind to make chutney. Add salt and all spice powders and mix well..
