You need of Puri dough-.
You need of semolina.
You need of wheat flour.
It’s of water.
It’s of Oil for frying.
It’s of green chutney-.
Prepare of mint leaves.
Prepare of coriander.
Prepare of green chillies.
Prepare of ginger.
It’s of roasted cumin powder.
Prepare of black salt.
You need of chat masala.
It’s of Salt.
It’s of sweet chutney-.
Prepare of tamarind pulp.
It’s of jaggery.
It’s of black salt.
It’s of red chilli powder.
Prepare of dried ginger powder.
Prepare of roasted cumin powder.
You need of Water.
Prepare of Salt.

Pani Puri instructions
In blender add coriander and mint leaves,chilli,ginger, cumin powder,chat masala,black salt, and blend it into fine paste, transfer the green chutney into a bowl,add water and mix well,add salty boondi green chutney Pani is ready..
Heat a pan on medium heat add little water, tamarind pulp, jaggery,black salt,cumin powder, ginger powder,red chilli powder and cook 7-8 minutes..
In a bowl take semolina and wheat flour mix well, add water and mix well, don't add any more water,make dough of it,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes..
Knead the dough once more, take small ball out of it and keep rest of the dough covered.
Heat oil in a kadhai,roll out a chapati as thin as possible, after rolling out chapati,make small Puris with the help of cookie cutter or lid.
Deep fry few Puris at a time in to hot oil,press a little,it will puff up and are golden brown in colour from both sides.
