  2. Take a bowl,add sooji,maida,sakt,baking soda,mix it well add little water and knead them soft cover the dough with wet cloth.rest for 20 minutes..

  4. Heat the oil in kadai oil should be hot.drop puri to the hot oil till golden brown and crispy..
  5. For pani….grind coriander leaves,pudina,ginger,green chilli,tamarind pulp,lemon juice in a mixer.strain the mixture..

  7. Now keep the pudina coriander left over paste.it will use in aloo masala filling..
  8. Add 4 glass of water inpudina coriander mixture.mix it well.add black salt,blacj pepper,salt to taste,c umin powder,mango powder,red chilli powder,chaat masala,boondi.mix it well.pani is ready..
  9. Take a bowl,add mashed potato,coriander,cumin,red chilli powder,little bit black salt,salt,paste of pudina coriander mix it well.aloo masala is ready.pani puri is ready to serve.enjoy !!!.
