Raw mango and Apple Pani Puri step by step

  1. Firstly rinse mint and coriander leaves in water. Now add mint coriander green chilli and lemon juice (lemon juice is added while grinding to prevent mint and coriander leaves from turning dark) in small chutney jar and grind into smooth paste add water if necessary.
  2. Now transfer into strainer and strain into large bowl now add jaljera powder black salt cumin powder to this chutney. And mix it well take 1/4 cup chutney and add to Apple juice to prepare Apple flavored water.
  3. Now grind raw mango into smooth paste add water if required and strain into the green chutney which we have prepare early now add water and mix it well total 1.5lit water I have used now store this water in refrigerator and use it for 2 to 3 days.
  4. For stuffing Roughly mash or chop the potatoes and add black salt to taste and red chilli powder finely chopped onions boiled black gram.
  5. Now serve with Pani and stuffing.
