Ingredients of Dahi Fulki Chaat

  1. Prepare of For Dahi mix (curd mix).
  2. Prepare 500 ml of homemade curd.
  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Black Salt.
  5. You need 3-4 tbsp of sugar (as per taste).
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Garlic paste.
  9. It’s 2 cups of water (approx 300 ml).
  10. Prepare of For Fulkis.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of gram flour (besan).
  12. It’s 2-3 of green chillies (finely chopped).
  13. It’s 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  16. Prepare 1 of medium size Chopped onion.
  17. You need of Salt as per taste.
  18. You need 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  19. It’s 1/3 cup of water (for batter).
  20. Prepare of Oil for frying.
  21. It’s of For serving.

Dahi Fulki Chaat instructions

  1. For Curd Mix: Take big and deep vessel pour curd in it. Add sugar, salt..
  2. Along with black salt, corse Crush cumin seeds and Chilli flakes..
  3. Add garlic paste and water mix it all well. Keep in refrigerator..
  4. Now Fulkis: Take a pan for frying add oil and keep on low flame. Now take a mixing bowl add gram flour, Chopped Chillies, asafoetida, Cumin seeds..
  5. Along with red chilli powder, salt, Chopped onion and water..
  6. Mix without lumps. Add baking soda 1/2 tsp water mix it well..
  7. Oil is hot by now drop very small small pakodis with Ur hands or help of spoon. Fry golden. Now all Fulkis r ready, curd is also ready..
  8. Drop all Fulkis in curd mix. Soak them for atleast 1/2 hr. I soak it for hr..
  9. Now serve: take serving bowls take dahifulkis in it, spread green chutney, sweet dates chutney, some roasted cumin powder, black salt and red chilli powder..
  10. Some coriandor leaves, Chopped onions and Sev Garnishing is done and serve super spicy, tangy, sweet Dahi Fulki Chaat…. It is very delicious and won't resist in one bowl….. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
