  1. Boil raw mango alon with green chilli after adding table salt and rock salt in a cooker upto 2-3 whistles..
  2. Grind and strain the vegetable stock after adding pudina and dhania from the above step..
  3. Add water to the vegetable pulp obtained in step 2 and mix it well..
  4. Top the gol gappe jaljeera with roasted cumin powder..
  5. For the gol gappe filling take finely chopped boiled potato and boiled chana and mix them in a bowl..
