Ingredients of Sprouted Moong Chaat
It’s 100 gms of Moong soaked(3/4 hrs) and boiled.
Prepare 2 of medium sized Onions finely chopped.
Prepare 2 tsp of chaat masala ya amchur powder.
It’s 2 of small tomatoes finely chopped.
Prepare 5 of sev puri tikki.
You need as required of Sev (thin) for granish.
Prepare as required of Green chutney.
It’s 2 of small green chillies, finely chopped.
You need 1 of boiled potato finely chopped.
Sprouted Moong Chaat instructions
Firstly boil Moong in a Cooker with Salt,for 3 whistles and drain out water from it and and keep aside.
In a big bowl/ vessel,put chopped Onions, tomatoes,(optional boiled potatoes), Chaat masala, little pepper powder, Jeera powder, Salt as per requirement,add boiled sprouted Moong in it, serve with chutney, sevpuri tikki, sprinkle sev and if required put half lemon juice over and serve.
