Ingredients of Dahi Puri

  1. Prepare 7 of Dry Golgappe.
  2. It’s 1 cup of liquid curd.
  3. You need 1 cup of boiled potatoes(finely chopped).
  4. Prepare of Green chutney(as per taste).
  5. Prepare of Meethi chutney(as per taste).
  6. It’s 1 cup of Sev(for garnish).
  7. It’s of Salt (as per taste).
  8. It’s of Red chilli powder(as per taste).
  9. You need 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder.

Dahi Puri instructions

  1. Take boiled potatoes(finely chopped) in a bowl and add salt and red chilli powder according to your taste..
  2. Now take a golgappa and pierce a hole in it and fill the potato from step1..
  3. Keep the potato filled golgappas in a plate and fill them with curd..
  4. Add green chutney and meethi chutney on the top..
  5. At last garnish with sev on top..
  6. Eat the dahi puri fresh otherwise they start to get soggy..
