Ingredients of Chatpati Masala Pav

1. You need 4 pieces of pav buns.
2. It’s 4-5 tbsp of Butter.
3. You need 1 of onion finely chopped.
4. You need 1/2 tsp of pav bhaji masala.
5. You need 1/4 tsp of chat masala.
6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
7. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
8. You need as needed of Coriander leaves.

Chatpati Masala Pav step by step

1. Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves..
2. Take a nonstick tawa heat butter.place pav buns over it. Shallow fry both sides until pav becomes light brown..
3. In same tawa put butter heat it,add onions,coriander leaves,salt, pav bhaji masala red chilli powder and chaat masala mix it and soute for 2-3 minutes at low medium flame..
4. Now put pav buns over the onion masala and press..
5. Transfer it in serving plate.serve with sauce..
