Roast besan well in medium flame with constant stirring until it turns deep golden brown in colour. Besan Ka Laddu is a famous 'mithai' of Pakistan.   5. Turn off the flame let it cool down stir it continuously so that big lumbs could not be form it will turn into pours sugar. Keep this aside.
  6. In kadai take 2 cup besan and 1.5 cup ghee, now roasted this besan in ghee on very low flame till besan become golden brown in Colo, or when besan completely roasted a nice fregnance start coming out. this process will take around 30 mint..
  7. Now roaste pumpkin seed..
  8. Cool the roasted besan to warm at this stage add pumpkin seeds and tagar mix it well, make medium size of ball from this mixture, in 2 cup besan you will get 20-25 laddus.
  9. Serve when they Cool down.
