Ingredients of Besan Ke Laddoo

  1. It’s 1 kg of rawila besan or mota besan.
  2. It’s 300-350 gms of ghee.
  3. It’s 250 gms of boora or 350 gms of powdered sugar.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder.

Besan Ke Laddoo step by step

  1. Heat ghee in a kadai on low heat and add besan.
  2. Roast the besan on low heat, stirring continuously, until becomes brown in colour and good aroma comes out.
  3. Then switch off the gas and let the mixture becomes little cool.
  4. Then add boora or powdered sugar and elaichi powder and mix well with your hands.
  5. Then make small sized laddoos from the mixture, serve them whenever required.
  6. You can store them in an airtight container for 15 – 20 days.
