1. You need 2 tbsp of instant coffee.
2. Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
3. It’s 2 tbsp of hot water.

Dalgona Coffee step by step

1. Using a whisk/ beater, beat all three ingredients together until it turns light brown and creamy in texture. (Takes 10-15 minutes in whisk and 5-7 minutes in beater).
2. Now pour cold milk +ice cubes in a glass, or hot milk and your whipped coffee on top..
