Ingredients of Besan Ladoos
You need 2 cups of besan.
You need 3/4 cup of pure desi ghee.
You need 3/4 cup of th cup sugar.
Prepare 5-6 of walnuts for garnish.
Besan Ladoos instructions
In a heavy bottom pan take ghee, once ghee melts add besan and cook it on low flame till the besan loosens and releases ghee and a changes colour to a dark yellow. (approximately 40-45 minutes).
Now cool the besan ghee mixture completely say for 2-3 hours..
Take 3/4th cup of powdered sugar and mix it with the cold besan ghee mix, you can add a little more sugar if you prefer more sweet..
Once the sugar is mixed well with besan make ladoos out of it an garnish with roasted walnuts and serve..
