- Marination: Wash & clean the chicken and drain the excess water.Add the following ingredients in a bowl : Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp, Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp, Black pepper 1.5 tbsp, Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and chicken very well and keep the mixture for at least 1/2 an hour. It is better to keep 1 hour to tenderize the chicken..
- Preparation Of Batter: Add the following ingredients in a bowl-All purpose flour – 75gm, Corn flour – 25gm, Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbsp,Salt to taste.
