  1. Prepare of chicken lollipop pieces.
  2. Prepare of soya sauce.
  3. Prepare of chilli sauce.
  4. It’s of tomato sauce.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. It’s of Oil.
  7. Prepare of oregano.
  8. Prepare of chilli flakes.
  9. It’s of egg.
  10. It’s of hot garlic sauce.
  11. It’s of barbeque sauce.
  12. You need of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  13. It’s of cornflour.
  14. You need of maida.
  15. Prepare of large onion.
  16. Prepare of garlic buds.

Chicken Lollipop instructions

  1. Take 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 egg and salt in a utensil. Add Chicken Lollipop Pieces, Cornflour and Maida and mix well. Allow them to rest for 30 mins.
  2. Fry them in oil. Ensure you keep the oil temperature medium so that the pieces are not burnt. Fry them for 2-3 mins per side.
  3. Take a pan. Add 3 tsp Oil to it. Once the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion and garlic. After 2 minutes, when onion and garlic are fried, add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp hot garlic sauce, 1 tbsp barbeque sauce, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. After a minute, add chicken lollipop pieces. Add little water. Add 1 tsp chilli flakes. You can add 2 if u want it a little spicy..
  4. Let all the water dry. Add aluminium foil to the bone, Garnish some spring onions and serve..
