Ingredients of Aam Panna
It’s of nos Raw mangoes.
It’s of cup… (or more as per your palate…jaggery or sugar) I prefer jaggery 😊👍.
Prepare of Black salt, salt and roasted cumin powder as per your taste.
Aam Panna step by step
Wash and remove the head and just give 4 slits on each mango and boll them in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles. The slits will make it easier to remove the skin..
RWhen cooled…Remove skin, take out pulp. Add jaggery, and spices and blend with a hand blender and adjust sweetener as per your taste. No need to strain. Store in refrigerator..
For serving -add 1/4 cup of panna concentrate in a glass, add chilled water and ice cubes. Mix and garnish with chopped fresh mint 👍😋.
