Ingredients of Aam Panna
You need of raw mangoes.
It’s of jaggery.
It’s of black salt.
You need of sugar.
You need of zeera powder.
You need of edible green colour(optinal).
Prepare of fresh mint leaves.
Aam Panna instructions
Wash & peel the raw mangoes. Chop them into cubes & pressure cook till 2-3 whistles.
The pulp is ready now.
Take 1 cup water & add the jaggery. Let it simmer on medium flame..
Add the mango pulp to the jaggery water. Also add the black salt, mint leaves, zeera powder. Let it simmer for few minutes.. (U can add a tap of edible green colour & lil beat of sugar if u like….).
Remove from heat & strain in a colander. Mixture is ready.
Add ice cold water. Transfer in a glass and let it chill in the refrigerator..
Garnish with mint leaves & add sum more ice cubes. Serve chilled.
