Ingredients of Mango Panna Cotta

  1. It’s of For mango layer:-.
  2. It’s of mango puree.
  3. It’s of agar agar powder / gelatin / china grass.
  4. It’s of hot water.
  5. It’s of For milk / cream layer.
  6. You need of full cream milk.
  7. Prepare of agar agar / gelatin.
  8. It’s of powder sugar.
  9. Prepare of fresh cream.
  10. It’s of vanilla essence.
  11. It’s of salt.

Mango Panna Cotta step by step

  1. In a bowl take gelatin and 2 tbsp hot water, mix well.
  2. Dissolve gelatin completely.
  3. Add mango puree in it. Keep a glass slightly tilted on a plate, pour the mango mixture in it till it reaches the rim.Refrigirate for 3 -4 hours or till set..
  4. Heat milk add 1 tsp gelatin/ agar agar, whisk well, do not boil the milk, add cream to it mix well and cook it for a while but milk must not be boiled, add sugar and salt mix well till sugar dissolves.Let it cool.
  5. Take out the glass when mango sets pour the milk mixture in the remaining space.
  6. Refrigirate again till milk sets.
  7. Garnish with mango pieces or chopped almond.
