Ingredients of Raw Mango Panna

  1. You need of big raw mango.
  2. It’s of jaggery.
  3. You need of cardamom powder.
  4. You need of saffron strands.
  5. It’s of salt.
  6. You need of Water.

Raw Mango Panna step by step

  1. Wash & pressure cook the raw mango with little water for about 3/4 whistles..
  2. Cooled down completely..
  3. Peel the skin of raw mango & also remove the seed, mash it & take out the pulp..
  4. Grind pulp & jaggery together & make a smooth paste & sieve it..
  5. Add saffron strands & cardamom powder mix well..
  6. Remove it in a air tight container & refrigerate..
  7. Whenever you want to serve pour 4 tsp of pulp in a glass add water & pinch of salt & mix well..
  8. Serve chilled..
