  1. It’s of boiled raw mangoes.
  2. It’s of sugar(80ml).
  3. It’s of jeera powder.
  4. Prepare of black salt.
  5. Prepare of salt.
  6. Prepare of mint leaves.
  7. It’s of ice cube.
  8. Prepare of chilled water.

  1. Take all ingredients, First of all pressure cook raw mangoes along with 2-3 cup of water till 2-3 whistles are released. Open the lid when the excess air is completely released. Peel & deseed the cooked raw mangoes & reserve the flesh in a bowl. Strains the flesh in another bowl..
  2. Now take a mixy jar, add flesh,some mint,sugar,roasted jeera powder,.
  3. Black salt, salt, Now blend together some ice cubes..
  4. Now take a glass/chilled glass take ½ glass of raw mango puree mixture,add ½ portion with chilled water,mix it well.. Add sprinkle of jeera powder,black salt and ice cube..
  5. Served chilled garnish with mint spring & some boondi..
