Ingredients of Mango Panna cotta

  1. It’s of For Mango layer.
  2. Prepare of Ripe mango puree.
  3. Prepare of Milk.
  4. Prepare of Gelatin.
  5. It’s of For Milk layer.
  6. It’s of Fresh cream.
  7. Prepare of Milk.
  8. Prepare of Sugar.
  9. It’s of Vanilla essence.
  10. You need of Milk.
  11. Prepare of Gelatin.

Mango Panna cotta step by step

  1. Mix gelatin in milk and set aside for 10mins to bloom..
  2. Microwave for 1min or heat it in a pan for 1min and stirr nicely. Add this mixture to mango puree and mix it well..
  3. Now take a glass and keep it tilled in a bowl as shown below. Add the mango mixture in it. Freeze it for about 2hrs..
  4. Follow the same step 1. Mix gelatin in 100 ml milk and set aside..
  5. Heat the gelatin mixture in a pan for 1min. Add sugar to this and stirr until dissolved. Add 1tsp vanilla essence. Turn of the flame..
  6. Take a bowl add 200ml fresh cream and 200ml milk. Now add the above(step 5) mixture in it and whisk nicely..
  7. Keep the titled glass straight and pour the milk layer to it. Freeze it for another 2hrs..
  8. Garnish with a mango flower or mango chunks. And your delicious mango dessert is ready..
