- Prepare of medium size peeled raw mango.
- It’s of mint leaves.
- It’s of Black salt.
- You need of jaljeera powder.
- Prepare of cumin powder.
- You need of jaggery crushed.
- Prepare of lt.water.

- First peeled raw mango with peeler and boiled it with 2 cups of water.
- With help of beater meshed it and seive it in another bowl.
- Put this bowl on gas now add cumin powder salt to taste jaljeera powder sugar or jeggary to taste mix well…
- Boil it on medium flame till 5 minutes…. Now switch off the flame.
- Let it cool.. pour it in jar or bottle and keep it in fridge for chilling.. serve chilled..with crushed ice or soda.
