  1. Prepare of medium size peeled raw mango.
  2. It’s of mint leaves.
  3. It’s of Black salt.
  4. You need of jaljeera powder.
  5. Prepare of cumin powder.
  6. You need of jaggery crushed.
  7. Prepare of lt.water.

Tangy Jaljeeraa aam panna step by step

  1. First peeled raw mango with peeler and boiled it with 2 cups of water.
  2. With help of beater meshed it and seive it in another bowl.
  3. Put this bowl on gas now add cumin powder salt to taste jaljeera powder sugar or jeggary to taste mix well…
  4. Boil it on medium flame till 5 minutes…. Now switch off the flame.
  5. Let it cool.. pour it in jar or bottle and keep it in fridge for chilling.. serve chilled..with crushed ice or soda.
