- To roast the mango: Fix a fork in the flesh of the raw mango and roast in open heat(flame) until you get the aroma and the mango is soft..
- Remove the black charred peels of the roasted mangoes..
- Add water and mash the pulp through the strainer and squeeze the pulp from the stone or the seed also..
- Combine rock salt, sugar, roasted cumin, black pepper and mint leaves with a little water in a processor till they become a smooth paste..
