  1. You need of long grain rice (preferably Basmati).
  2. You need of oil.
  3. It’s of bay leaf.
  4. Prepare of cumin seeds (jeera).

  7. Prepare of sliced onions.
  8. It’s of ginger-garlic paste.
  9. Prepare of Biryani masala.
  10. Prepare of red chilli powder.

Aam Panna Biryani instructions

  1. Take 3 Raw mango, wash peel and boil with 1 glass of water..
  2. Add 5-6 tsp sugar, mint leaves, cooriander leaves, Black salt, Black Pepper and roasted jeera and blend properly and make a smooth paste.
  3. Take a pot, heat oil add 1 tsp jeera, 4 black pepper, 2-3 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch piece dalchini and cook for 1 min.
  4. Add Sliced Onion and saute for 2 mins..
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins..
  6. Add Salt, Red chilli powder, biryani masala.
  7. Add wash basmati rice and stir for 2-3 mins..
  8. Now add 1 1/2 glass aam panna and 1/2 glass water and cover the pot till the rice cooked.
  9. Now served with Raita and enjoyed your Biryani.
