Ingredients of Aam Panna

  1. You need 2 of medium sized raw mango.
  2. It’s 4 cups of grated jeggery.
  3. It’s 2 tsp of black salt.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder.

Aam Panna instructions

  1. First we wash raw mango under running water.
  2. Then boil them in pressure cooker for 4 to 5 whistles.
  3. After cool we make pulp,we remove seed and pour in grinder.
  4. Add grated jeggery and grind together them,aam Panna pulp ready. This mixture can be preserved in fridge.
  5. While serving we add ice cubes and salt,cumin powder and mix well in mixer pour into glass and serve it cool..
